We are so tired!
Tuesday was a very hard day at the sites.
Trying to finish projects has been hard.
We are so tired!
The heat index was 105. We had a lot of sweating on the teams.
The teams for today were:
1. Painting Interior/Exterior (Team Wade)- a lot of paint
2. House Siding (Team Toninator/MacGyver- we finished the project
3. Electrical (Team Gregg)- a lot of troubleshooting
4. Evangelism (Team Morrison Family)- Lake Pontchartrain
We have some get stories. The lake team learned how to crab fish.
Jake Stuckless actually caught a crab.
Wednesday has been a great today. I will update with pictures later.
I am getting emotional thinking about
the experience we had on Wednesday.
We have an amazing group.
Words can not describe what we are going through.
I personal have been on mission trips around the world but
nothing I experienced has been like this trip.
I am not being overly dramatic. God is doing an awesome work
and it is blowing this youth pastor away. I have never be so impressed
and proud of a mission team. God is going to bless this group in big ways.
Parents, it would be a shame not to watch your teen receive applause
and hear "Well Done" in Heaven one day.
Do you all have a personal relationship with Jesus?
Are you as crazy in love with Him?
Would you walk up to a complete stranger
and share why Jesus loves them and God didn't turn His back on them?
Your teen is doing that! Please help fan their fans by being on fire too.
Words can not express how thankful I am to you
for trusting me with your teen.
I love them so much!
Pray for us, we are so tired!!!!!
I'm taking a group to get Snow-balls, whatever that is.
