We arrived safely tonight at 6:30 cst. It was a long 10 hours in vans. The students were amazing! Tonight we ate our first Cajun/New Orleans food. I had alligator sausage. We have already been laughed at for country talkin'. We have a lot of work orders for this week to complete. We have already heard a story about some of the devastastion the people here went through. We are very blessed! We start at 6am in the morning, good nite.
