The 7 Minute Life Planner is a new resource from Allyson Lewis. She is the author of the book The Seven Minute Difference: Small Steps to Big Changes. I was given the book as a new review blogger with Buzzblogger.
I was very hesitant to read the book. As a student pastor I read and pass on a lot of scheduling books and systems. I actually enjoy being spontaneous with my schedule. I didn't need another How-To book.
But, I read the book...
It really was very good but not preachy. It made me think about my goals and vision for life. I do have a lot of clutter in my schedule and life. The idea behind thise book is that you can prioritize, organize, and simplify your life in 7 minutes of planning. By using the planner I have really helped my life become less stressful. I have been able to put the stuff I need to do in there proper order. I am finally in the Word daily. I am spending time with my family. Work is getting done on time. As a great procrastinator I am finally ahead on some projects I needed to finish.
I didn't have to give this book a good review. But it did help me a lot.
If you need to prioritize, organize, and simplify your life...
Please check it out for yourself.
